GEM-SET (Girls' E-Mentoring in Science, Engineering, and Technology)
Girls' E-Mentoring in Science, Engineering and Technology (GEM-SET) is an electronic mentoring program created to increase the number of women working in science, engineering, and technology fields. By increasing the awareness of the economic benefits and the career options available in these fields, this program seeks to increase the numbers of student participants who choose SET classes in high schools and college and choose SET careers.
