IOES Facilities
For groups of six to sixty, the IOES invites you to our facility. We offer conference areas, classrooms, a computer lab, and a webcast studio. For more information on fees or booking meeting or classroom areas, please contact:

IOES staff members enjoy providing a comfortable environment conducive to learning and positive outcomes. We know the little things matter, and we want your meeting, conference, or technology training session to be a success. IOES resources include a professional staff to provide administrative support, resources, and technical assistance.

Meeting Rooms and Classrooms
This open meeting area has a great view of the LLCC campus, seats up to forty people and costs $100 per day.
This bright, open meeting area seats twelve and costs $100 per day.
This closed-door conference room seats twelve and costs $100 per day.
This comfortable classroom provides seating for twenty participants and is equipped with PCs. It costs $500 per day.
This comfortable classroom provides seating for fifteen participants. It costs $500 per day (cost includes Webcast equipment and technology support personnel.)
These classrooms each seat thirty people. The partition in classrooms 2 and 3 can be moved to allow up to sixty attendees. Each classroom costs $100 per day each.
Meeting spaces and classrooms are available at IOES on a first-come, first-serve basis. Advertised rates include administrative/clerical assistance, room set up/clean up, and technical support staff. Other services are available. Please contact IOES for more information.
